一、電壓擊穿試驗儀 ，適用范圍及功能
絕緣漆介電擊穿強度測試/耐電壓擊穿試驗機主要適用于固體絕緣材料（如：塑料、橡膠、薄膜、樹脂、云母、陶瓷、玻璃、絕緣漆等介質）在工頻電壓或直流電壓下擊穿強度和耐電壓的測試。

可實時動態繪制試驗曲線，顯示試驗數據，判斷準確，并可保存，分析，修改，打印試驗數據。

1、絕緣漆介電擊穿強度測試/耐電壓擊穿試驗機在試驗過程中可對升壓擊穿過程繪制實時曲線，每次試驗的升壓曲線都由不同顏色構成，試驗結束后可疊加對比材料的試驗數據重復性。

1、設備要安裝單獨的保護地線。接保護地線，主要是減少試樣擊穿時對周圍產生的較強的電磁干擾。也可避免控制計算機失控。

2、該試驗設備的電路設有多項保護措施，主要有：過流保護、失壓保護、漏電保護、短路保護、直流試驗放電報警等。

3、接地要求： 儀器需要單獨接地，接地附合國家標準要求，金屬棒深埋地下至少要1.5米以下。
